Matthew Mandel, CEO of REO Property Specialists and Income Property Specialists, has 22 years of real estate experience with several billions of dollars worth of negotiated and closed transactions during his lucrative career. He is an expert negotiator and well-respected industry leader and personally owns over 30 investment properties in the Los Angeles area valued at approximately $75,000,000. Over the past 22 years, Matthew utilized innovative investment strategies to generate incredible returns making him truly one of the industries visionaries. He was one of the pioneers in the belief and implementation of using sustainable (green) materials. He has completed his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is comparable to having a doctorate in advanced real estate theory. He is also qualified as an expert witness in the State of California.
On June 1, 2007, Matthew sold an asset management company called Urban Eco Housing that he built from the ground-up. His portfolio consisted of just fewer than 1000 units where he created an infrastructure in management, maintenance, loss mitigation, acquisition, disposition, legal accounting and an environmental division. He established an eco-friendly laundry company because it vertically integrated into the business model! He sold the business in order to concentrate 100% of his efforts in the growing REO market we are currently enjoying.

Sharon Carz, Buyer's Agent
Sharon is currently working on her CCIM designation, she is also a member of the Los Angeles chapter. An undergraduate from the Santa Monica College she has her A.A in Kinesiology. Sharon has been a licensed Real Estate professional for over 7 years where her experience spans from office, retail and residential leasing, multi-family development from site selection to final product disposition, mixed use development, and residential purchase and sales for first time home buyers as well as seasoned investors.
Sharon has high energy, motivation, and is a self-starter as well as a team player, she is an integrated member of the REO Property Specialists team.
Sharon is a former United States international and world ranked pairs figure skater with multiple film credits and continued activity in training and coaching figure skating. Other interests include: snow skiing, yoga, music, travel, orchids, and art.
