Experience - Our firm owns $75,000,000 of investment real estate and we are currently looking to expand our portfolio. Additionally, for the past 22 years, we have represented banks, lending institutions, corporate entities, and individuals in the disposition of their real estate assets. During that time, we have sold more than 2,000 REO properties with sale values well over $2 billion.
Performance - The CEO of the company, Matthew Mandel, recently sold an asset management company that he built from the ground up. His portfolio consisted of just fewer than 1000 units where he created an infrastructure in management, maintenance, loss mitigation, acquisition, disposition, legal accounting, and a green division. An important part of the asset management company's ethos was to implement "eco-friendly" revitalization and property preservation techniques and materials. At the time of sale, the management company had over 1,000 units under management and employed 75 people.
Knowledge - The majority of our agents have completed their CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation requirements. The CCIM designation is recognized internationally as one of the most prestigious and difficult designations to attain. Less than 1/10th of 1% of all commercial brokerage professionals have a CCIM designation. Many equate the designation to receiving a master's degree in advanced applied real estate theory
